Seven Years War : Torgau

This is the area where the main attack hit the Austrian position from above, just north of Supitz. Daun had in fact realised Frederick's route of attack and concentrated his line to now face three directions, south (Ziethen's diversion), west (Ziethen's later attack), and north (the King's main force). Here we are looking north-east to the scene of the final conflict, from the Austrian western flank.
